{"id":662,"date":"2023-12-06T04:41:35","date_gmt":"2023-12-06T04:41:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/?p=662"},"modified":"2024-03-21T04:44:05","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T04:44:05","slug":"que-es-la-infeccion-respiratoria-aguda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/06\/que-es-la-infeccion-respiratoria-aguda\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la infecci\u00f3n respiratoria aguda?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Las infecciones respiratorias agudas (IRA) son un conjunto de infecciones que afectan desde o\u00eddos, nariz, garganta hasta los pulmones, ocasionados en su mayor\u00eda por virus, pero tambi\u00e9n por bacterias o par\u00e1sitos; adem\u00e1s, constituyen una importante causa de morbimortalidad, fundamentalmente entre los ni\u00f1os menores de 5 a\u00f1os, las personas mayores de 60 a\u00f1os y aquellas que presentan ciertas condiciones que aumentan el riesgo para desarrollar complicaciones que pueden derivar en formas graves; por ejemplo, gestantes, enfermedades inmunosupresoras, entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG-20210702-WA0004-768x512-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-664\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.5;width:759px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG-20210702-WA0004-768x512-1-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG-20210702-WA0004-768x512-1-1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Las IRA se transmite de persona a persona a trav\u00e9s de las gotitas de saliva que expulsamos al toser o estornudar o por tener contacto con superficies contaminadas como manijas de las puertas, barandas en el transporte p\u00fablico, mesas o escritorios, entre otros.&nbsp; La duraci\u00f3n de la infecci\u00f3n tiene un periodo menor a 15 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen factores que favorecen una mayor incidencia de IRA como el bajo peso al nacer, malnutrici\u00f3n (principalmente en ni\u00f1os), poluci\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica, hacinamiento en el hogar, bajos niveles de inmunizaci\u00f3n y nivel de pobreza, que son condiciones que se encuentran a\u00fan latentes en parte de nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes tenemos los siguientes: Tos, Dolor de cabeza, Fiebre, Irritabilidad, Dolor de garganta, Dolor o secreci\u00f3n en el o\u00eddo, Catarro, Malestar general (decaimiento), Congesti\u00f3n y secreci\u00f3n nasal, Dificultad para respirar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las principales medidas para prevenir las infecciones respiratorias agudas tenemos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lavarse las manos constantemente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ventilar correctamente las habitaciones de la casa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar el contacto con personas que presenten s\u00edntomas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usar mascarilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vacunas completas de acuerdo al calendario de vacunaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al toser o estornudar, cubrirse la boca y la nariz con un pa\u00f1uelo desechable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimentaci\u00f3n saludable rico en vitamina A y C, por ejemplo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar cocinar a le\u00f1a dentro de una habitaci\u00f3n cerrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No fumar cerca de los ni\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las infecciones respiratorias agudas (IRA) son un conjunto de infecciones que afectan desde o\u00eddos, nariz, garganta hasta los pulmones, ocasionados en su mayor\u00eda por virus, pero tambi\u00e9n por bacterias o &hellip; <a href=\"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/06\/que-es-la-infeccion-respiratoria-aguda\/\" class=\"more-link\">Leer m\u00e1s<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":663,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[4,8],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la infecci\u00f3n respiratoria aguda?
