<\/strong>El felino, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la persona que lo tuvo en su residencia, lleg\u00f3 aproximadamente hace 20 d\u00edas huyendo de varios perros que lo quer\u00edan atacar. La mujer que lo entreg\u00f3 explic\u00f3 que en principio pens\u00f3 que era un gato, pero con el paso de los d\u00edas not\u00f3 que su tama\u00f1o era m\u00e1s grande y que la forma de la cabeza y orejas no eran las de un gato com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera procedi\u00f3 a informar a la l\u00ednea de rescate de CORTOLIMA (318 632 2529) donde veterinarios de la Corporaci\u00f3n se dirigieron hasta el municipio de El Espinal para el rescate del individuo. Inmediatamente fue llevado al Centro de Atenci\u00f3n y Valoraci\u00f3n de Fauna Silvestre CAV, en donde veterinarios y bi\u00f3logos procedieron a revisar su condici\u00f3n de salud y de comportamiento para establecer sus reales condiciones de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEste individuo juvenil que est\u00e1 recibiendo las valoraciones cl\u00ednicas, biol\u00f3gicas y comportamentales para establecer su real estado, esperemos que se encuentre bien\u201d, explic\u00f3 el M\u00e9dico Veterinario de CORTOLIMA Diego Iglesias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Jaguarundi (Herpailurus yagouaroundi<\/em>) ser\u00e1 puesto en observaci\u00f3n y se decidir\u00e1 el tiempo que sea prudente y necesario para proceder a su liberaci\u00f3n en su h\u00e1bitat natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
