.- La respuesta de la plataforma de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda fue exitosa.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Alcald\u00eda de Ibagu\u00e9 entreg\u00f3 un balance bastante positivo del primer d\u00eda de la campa\u00f1a del impuesto Predial en Ibagu\u00e9. En total, se liquidaron e imprimieron m\u00e1s de 3.000 facturas, un promedio de 375 por hora y seis cada minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPara nosotros es satisfactorio porque la impresi\u00f3n de 3.000 facturas durante el primer d\u00eda evidencia la buena respuesta que le dimos a la comunidad. No hubo esas colas del pasado, no hubo un n\u00famero alto de reclamaciones por situaciones en la facturaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 \u00c1ngel Mar\u00eda G\u00f3mez, secretario de Hacienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el balance otorgado por la cartera al final del d\u00eda, se imprimieron 2.000 facturas en la sede de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, 500 en el Centro Comercial Multicentro, 386 en el Centro Comercial La Estaci\u00f3n y 200 en el Centro Comercial Acqua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHicimos un recorrido en conjunto con la Procuradora delegada que verific\u00f3 la entrega de las facturas por los diferentes centros comerciales y encontramos que las expresiones de la comunidad que estaba all\u00ed esperando el servicio fue satisfactorio\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 G\u00f3mez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la jornada, se les solicit\u00f3 a algunos ciudadanos al azar que descargaran la factura en l\u00ednea en la sede de la Secretar\u00eda y todos lograron en pocos minutos obtener el recibo, lo que evidencia el estado funcional de la plataforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, el funcionario asegur\u00f3 que todos los d\u00edas su equipo y \u00e9l evaluar\u00e1n al cierre de cada jornada el n\u00famero de facturas descargadas y canceladas en cada uno de los puntos dispuestos, adem\u00e1s de los usuarios en l\u00ednea, cuyo n\u00famero incrementar\u00e1 conforme avanza el proceso de recaudo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
