.- El Ministerio P\u00fablico verific\u00f3 que durante los d\u00edas 24 y 27 de diciembre de 2021 se realizaron las transferencias\u00a0 a nueve cuentas de ahorros distintas.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En fallo de primera instancia, la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong> sancion\u00f3 con destituci\u00f3n e inhabilidad por 10 a\u00f1os al exalcalde Purificaci\u00f3n, Tolima, Cristian Andr\u00e9s Barrag\u00e1n Correcha<\/strong> y al tesorero municipal, Isa\u00edas Gonz\u00e1lez,<\/strong> por la falta de previsi\u00f3n elemental en la custodia, salvaguarda y cuidado de los tokens<\/strong> y claves asignadas de las transferencias de los recursos p\u00fablicos del municipio. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El ente disciplinario comprob\u00f3<\/strong> que los funcionarios ten\u00edan la preparaci\u00f3n, aprobaci\u00f3n y autorizaci\u00f3n de las transferencias de los dineros que se encontraban dispuestos<\/strong> en cuentas de la entidad bancaria Bancolombia; de las cuales, durante los d\u00edas 24 y 27 de diciembre de 2021<\/strong> se realizaron transferencias por aproximadamente $10 mil millones a nueve cuentas de ahorros distintas. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La entidad corrobor\u00f3 que los servidores p\u00fablicos ten\u00edan acceso \u00fanico, personal e intransferible a las cuentas<\/strong> y claves de la administraci\u00f3n municipal, por tanto, solo ellos ten\u00edan la disposici\u00f3n <\/strong>para realizar traspasos en cualquier momento, por lo que era de trascendencia elemental que tomaran y aplicaran medidas<\/strong> de seguridad necesarias para garantizar la guarda de dichos recursos. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A su vez, la entidad evidenci\u00f3 que los dineros del recaudo <\/strong>de la alcald\u00eda desaparecieron y llegaron a personas que no ten\u00edan ninguna relaci\u00f3n con el ente territorial, <\/strong>ni eran cuentas inscritas autorizadas por la administraci\u00f3n municipal. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por tanto, la Procuradora Delegada Disciplinaria de Juzgamiento 2<\/strong> comprob\u00f3 que los disciplinados afectaron de manera sustancial el principio de moralidad <\/strong>que rige la funci\u00f3n administrativa, por lo que a los sujetos investigados les era exigible<\/strong>, tomar las previsiones elementales para aplicar las medidas necesarias que garantizaran <\/strong>que los capitales de la administraci\u00f3n municipal no fueran hurtados. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El organismo de control<\/strong> calific\u00f3 la falta como grav\u00edsimas, a t\u00edtulo de culpa grav\u00edsima y finalmente, la decisi\u00f3n puede ser apelada ante la Sala Disciplinaria de Juzgamiento de Servidores P\u00fablicos de Elecci\u00f3n Popular.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
