El secretario de Hacienda municipal, \u00c1ngel Mar\u00eda G\u00f3mez, dio a conocer que la meta de recaudo del impuesto Predial para el 2024 ser\u00e1 cercana a los $150.000 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Es una meta ambiciosa, pero tenemos que lograrla. Son 224.000 predios, pero all\u00ed hay que incluir los que son del Municipio, de la Naci\u00f3n y los que est\u00e1n exentos por alguna condici\u00f3n especial”, afirm\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cifra fue revelada durante un debate de control pol\u00edtico que se adelant\u00f3 en la ma\u00f1ana de este martes ante los integrantes de la corporaci\u00f3n y ciudadanos, en donde adem\u00e1s se defini\u00f3 la fecha en la que iniciar\u00e1n la expedici\u00f3n de los recibos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Todo est\u00e1 proyectado para que a partir del lunes 22 de enero podamos entregar los recibos a trav\u00e9s de los diferentes medios que hemos dispuesto”, destac\u00f3 el Secretario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De manera virtual, mediante la p\u00e1gina web de la Alcald\u00eda de Ibagu\u00e9 (https:\/\/ibague.gov.co) o de forma presencial en las sedes de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y en varios puntos habilitados por esta dependencia, los ciudadanos podr\u00e1n acceder a las facturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, el jefe de la cartera de Hacienda record\u00f3 que los contribuyentes que paguen antes de las siguientes fechas, podr\u00e1n acceder a descuentos de hasta el 15 %:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hasta el 31 de marzo: 15 %
Hasta el 30 de abril: 10 %
