La Capital Musical se alista para la segunda jornada del a\u00f1o que debi\u00f3 realizarse el pasado 20 de septiembre, pero por el desarrollo del \u2018Campeonato Mundial de Patinaje Art\u00edstico\u2019 se decidi\u00f3 aplazar para no afectar la din\u00e1mica de la econom\u00eda de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por tal raz\u00f3n, el Gobierno Local defini\u00f3 como fecha el 22 de noviembre para dar cumplimiento al Acuerdo 009 del 22 de mayo de 2018, que estipula el \u2018D\u00eda sin carro y sin moto\u2019, desde las 6:00 de la ma\u00f1ana hasta las 8:00 de la noche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cUno de los motivos del aplazamiento fueron las afectaciones comerciales producidas por el paro de los transportadores. Invitamos a todas las autoridades a participar en esta jornada que busca el mejoramiento de las condiciones del medio ambiente\u201d<\/em>, mencion\u00f3 Miguel Saavedra, secretario de Movilidad (e).
