{"id":1383,"date":"2025-06-15T23:14:36","date_gmt":"2025-06-15T23:14:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/?p=1383"},"modified":"2025-07-03T23:15:48","modified_gmt":"2025-07-03T23:15:48","slug":"cortolima-incauto-madera-ilegal-destinada-a-construccion-de-corraleja-en-guamo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/15\/cortolima-incauto-madera-ilegal-destinada-a-construccion-de-corraleja-en-guamo\/","title":{"rendered":"Cortolima incaut\u00f3 madera ilegal destinada a construcci\u00f3n de corraleja en Guamo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Frente a la reciente incautaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 3.000 unidades de madera ilegal destinadas a la construcci\u00f3n de una corraleja en el municipio de Guamo, la Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma Regional del Tolima, Cortolima, informa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp_Image_2025-06-11_at_18.54.38-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1384\" style=\"width:712px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp_Image_2025-06-11_at_18.54.38-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp_Image_2025-06-11_at_18.54.38-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp_Image_2025-06-11_at_18.54.38-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp_Image_2025-06-11_at_18.54.38-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp_Image_2025-06-11_at_18.54.38.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRIMERO:<\/strong>&nbsp;Recibi\u00f3 un reporte ciudadano sobre la presunta construcci\u00f3n de una estructura artesanal con madera en mal estado y sin permisos correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SEGUNDO:<\/strong>&nbsp;Personal vinculado a la Oficina Territorial Suroriente de Cortolima, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de Polic\u00eda Nacional, Personer\u00eda Municipal y Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, realiz\u00f3 una visita ocular al predio para verificar la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TERCERO:<\/strong>&nbsp;La inspecci\u00f3n revel\u00f3 el uso de madera, rolliza y aserrada, en primer grado de transformaci\u00f3n, sin evidencia de procesos de secado industrial, inmunizaci\u00f3n o cepillado t\u00e9cnico, y sin los permisos ambientales correspondientes. El material proven\u00eda de especies de flora silvestre, en su mayor\u00eda en estado de deterioro y con se\u00f1ales de pudrici\u00f3n, hongos y puntillas oxidadas, lo que representa un riesgo tanto ambiental como para la seguridad de quienes utilizar\u00edan estas estructuras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CUARTO:<\/strong>&nbsp;Frente a estos hallazgos, se impuso una medida preventiva por tr\u00e1fico ilegal de flora y se inici\u00f3 el correspondiente proceso sancionatorio por la vulneraci\u00f3n e incumplimiento del Decreto 1076 de 2015 y la resoluci\u00f3n 1909 de 2017, donde se establece la normatividad ambiental vigente sobre la movilizaci\u00f3n y tenencia ilegal de flora y fauna en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUINTO:<\/strong>&nbsp;Durante el operativo, se presentaron situaciones en contra del personal de la corporaci\u00f3n, en la cual se pretend\u00eda obstaculizar la diligencia y cumplir con el deber funcional de la entidad enmarcado dentro del ordenamiento jur\u00eddico. Presentada esta circunstancia y ante el riesgo al que estuvo el personal de Cortolima y de las dem\u00e1s entidades acompa\u00f1antes, se adelantar\u00e1n las acciones legales pertinentes y se continuar\u00e1 con el proceso administrativo sancionatorio ambiental conforme lo establecido en la Ley 1333 de 2009 y Ley 2387 de 2024, sin perjuicio de las dem\u00e1s acciones a que hubiere lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SEXTO:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cortolima, en atenci\u00f3n a la obligaci\u00f3n que le asiste, no solo en la protecci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales y el medio ambiente, sino tambi\u00e9n en la salvaguarda de la vida y la integridad de los pobladores del departamento, y en cumplimiento del Decreto 1076 del 2015 y el Acuerdo 015 del a\u00f1o 2017, ha proferido las circulares informativas 17 de junio 04 de 2024 y 002 el 26 de mayo de 2025, en la que insta a las administraciones municipales, as\u00ed como a los consejos de gesti\u00f3n de riesgo municipales y departamental, y a las autoridades competentes, a vigilar y revisar que las construcciones artesanales que usan material forestal, maderable y no maderable, cumplan con los requisitos y los permisos ambientales correspondientes para su uso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00c9PTIMO:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cortolima seguir\u00e1 adelantando acciones de control y vigilancia en todo el departamento del Tolima, para garantizar el uso responsable de los recursos naturales de los tolimenses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Frente a la reciente incautaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 3.000 unidades de madera ilegal destinadas a la construcci\u00f3n de una corraleja en el municipio de Guamo, la Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma Regional del &hellip; <a href=\"https:\/\/notiexpresstolima.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/15\/cortolima-incauto-madera-ilegal-destinada-a-construccion-de-corraleja-en-guamo\/\" class=\"more-link\">Leer m\u00e1s<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":1384,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3,4],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.2 -
